that moon adds a plus to it:)
i'd try and remove the clouds from the upper border though. they seem to detract a bit from the primary cloud formations:)

Yes, U have a right but i wont remove anything from picture because is a photo and must give only "smell" of illusion and my conception not realize my wish... i can only draw a nature not make my world ;) anyway sometime i take attitude of a observer not a creator... thx for comment and of course a vote ;)

I think Cigaro was suggesting a crop which (after experimenting with the wonders of a mouse wheel) does seem to work!
The image is strong and the concept idea seems to work well (clouds or smoke right?) anyway I like it but also agree with Cigg

as i said... i agree with this opinion, and i understand this point in meaning cropping at top but unfortunately moon after cutting will be in not really good area... of course it's only my opinion ;) ... but ...

hmmmmmmmmm...
(after few minutes)

i check this and i must agree and say so  Cigaro have a totally right, i can't blindly writing so my point is better... so i must change my point...
i leave original version in external link to comparison and as a illustration our discussions...
unfortunately nobody is perfect - even me (superfluous coquetry ;) )

thx for suggestions

Sorry for saying this but healing those two "unfortunite" extra clouds would probably have been a better way going forward instead of cropping the top.

Now it looks a bit too tight imo :p

With healing the cloud and leaving that blue space/section you would probably have better harmony.

I have one of those silhuette's just outside of my window but have never though of doing what you have done here...

I am not and expert in photos. So from my point of view this photo is beautiful.

I can see what Moser is talking about but for me the tight crop works because its tightly cropped on the right. Might have likes to see at least the bottom on the stack on the roof on the right..
Well done..
And why no name??

Great picture! Contrast, composition, lighting and colors are perfect! The Cigaro surgery is a great thing! I agree with her! (ok the clone tool can work on that or replace the crop but probably it will leave a too large empty space...) I like it!
My max!

stunning!( I also think the tight cropping works compositionally)

I prefer the cropped version. When I looked at it the diagonal orientation of the clouds jumped out at me. I didn't even notice the diagonals in the uncropped photo.

Only one antenna and it points straight to the moon - nice touch.

Beautiful how it is lighter towards right than on left side, which provides moon a dark backround making it pop against sky. Clouds and silhouettes visually form a basic arrows directing viewer towards darker side of image.

I think that b oth versions have something to them.
Personally, I'd go with the cropped one, although it's indeed a bit tight.
Still very nice to look at, the moon is the last tad that makes this photo very strong.

i am a sucker for beautiful clouds. Great job at capturing the colour and the cool feeling of dawn/sunset.
