Naturally a very good and professional photo and the fact that it looks so sunny even though it is black and white.....very good

But there is something that looks funny with the dark blurred area just behind the white petals to the lower right of the sun flower, no idea what it is but it looks a little weird to me, still that is just a matter of taste and opinion I guess

Well it is a very good shot and very good contrasts and detail so it will get my max

exactly... it's a the begin my new way... my new portfolio and ... i can't speak now about it but soon everything will be more clear ...

by the way  flowjoe - yep... somethink is there but it's a small part of some other sun flower - is bured because i use really opened aperture, and why is such dark - just because after using few filetrs some tones of green's color looks much much darker like in easy B&W processing ...

Looks mgreat. I like the cropping and the aspect ratio as well. The horizon in the background looks like it's sloping downward on the right. Is that an optical illussion or is it a hill?

THX  emarts - good point, horizon litle sloping downward to the right but it's not a optical illusion - just a hill "effect"

two crits:
1. i think the bg isnt blurred enough. like, its out of focus but in the blurryness there are all these spots of wannabe detail. which is distracting.
2. the bg is overall too dark

To the right is a white spot, kinda distracting..

ok just got to this picture from ur".....meet the ne.." artwork ...um now this is interesting picture. this picture have that X factor that i was looking for today and i am glad to see finally a picture which is perfect in all respect......

like in the latest work i like the frame and the typography used... excellent combination and its wearing quite nicely...

i have observerd that most of ur picture have beautifuly sky and this one is not exceptional....as emart point ....i think u make this effect in PS r what ever editing software u use.........

what i like the most is the black and white its very very unusual i have tried manythings but have not unlock the secret behind ur black and white.....
so i would really like to know who u change ur pictures to black and white and do u use any filter....in my mind i think u use infrared filter and then turn them to black and white

anyway really like to know how u do it

 sami ... U talk about my workshop... i don't use PS in range like u suppose... i use many filters and some time sppedlight... for example vignietting on sky i get by use my hand... how? simple... u must put camera on tripod... set all parameters like aperture (for a DOF) and speed for a good expo. and when all is ok i use self-timer and i put my hands in front of lens to catch a exac. frameing and of course intentional capture... at home i reduce a colours and usual i manip a contrast of picture for better effect of B&W hard paper - i like this effect and im still try get a better results...

Anyway i must THX all of U for votes and really interesting comments... of course i still waiting for new one
